Wichtig ist hierbei nur, dass Daily Dose und The Zzz vorher behutsam in die neue Routine eingeführt wurden, um ein optimales Pflegeerlebnis zu gewährleisten.

We recommend The Zzz only after pregnancy and breastfeeding, as Retinal has not been tested on pregnant or breastfeeding women – during this time, Face the Day is the retinal-free alternative. Daily Dose is suitable for all skin types at any stage of life, including during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and can be combined with The Zzz, make-up, sun protection, etc.

How do I apply the Glow Mama! set?

We have designed all our products so that you can combine them as you wish and as suits your skin's current needs. However, for best results, The Zzz should really be applied at night as a night cream.

Our preferred routine is:
During the day: After cleansing, use Daily Dose. Especially in the second half of your cycle, when the skin produces more sebum, Daily Dose is the ideal care. Daily Dose is ideal as a make-up base and as a basic care before your sun protection.
In the evening: After cleansing, use The Zzz. Feel free to combine it with Daily Dose. Follow the rule of thumb from light to rich. In the morning, in addition to The One and Daily Dose, we also recommend using sun protection (SPF 50), as Retinal (or other retinoids) can make the skin more sensitive to UV rays.
