This duo is suitable for all skin types. We only recommend The Zzz after pregnancy and breastfeeding, because retinal has not been tested on pregnant or breastfeeding women — during this time, Face the Day is the retinal-free alternative. The One is suitable for all skin types at any stage of life, including during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and can be combined with all other products such as The Zzz, make-up, sunscreen, etc.

Our favorite routine is:

Daytime: After cleansing, use The One. Our products are ideal as a make-up base and as a basic care product before your sunscreen.
Evening: After cleansing, use The Zzz. We recommend using sunscreen (SPF 50) in the morning in addition to The One, as retinal (or other retinoids) can make the skin more sensitive to UV rays.
